At Leadspicker, we believe in transparent and fair pricing. Our Fair Usage Policy ensures that all users have access to the resources they need while maintaining optimal platform performance for everyone.

This policy outlines the monthly data processing limits for each plan tier. A "row" represents a single contact record processed through our platform, including enrichment, verification, and campaign activities.

What Counts as a Processed Row?

A processed row is counted each time a contact record undergoes any of the following operations within Leadspicker:

  • Data Enrichment: When we enrich a contact with additional information (email verification, phone numbers, company data, etc.)
  • Email Verification: Each email address verified through our validation system
  • Campaign Activities: Contacts added to email or outreach campaigns
  • List Processing: Importing and processing contacts into your database
  • Duplicate Detection: Running deduplication across your contact lists

Important: The same contact processed multiple times (e.g., re-verification or multiple campaigns) counts as multiple rows toward your monthly limit.

Monitoring Your Usage

Real-Time Usage Dashboard

Track your monthly row processing in real-time through your Leadspicker dashboard. You can view:

  • Current month's processed rows
  • Percentage of monthly limit used
  • Historical usage trends
  • Breakdown by operation type

You'll receive automated notifications at 100% and 125% of your monthly limit to help you manage your usage effectively.

What Happens When You Exceed Your Limit?

Soft Limit Approach

We understand that some months may require additional capacity. Here's how we handle limit overages:

  • Use Filters: Apply filters before enrichment to process only relevant contacts
  • Batch Processing: Process larger batches less frequently rather than small batches daily
  • Regular Maintenance: Archive old campaigns and contacts to avoid reprocessing
  • Monitor Quality: Focus on quality over quantity to maximize your row budget

Billing Cycle & Limit Reset

Your monthly row limit resets on your billing anniversary date each month. For example:

  • If you subscribed on January 15th, your limit resets on the 15th of each month
  • Unused rows do not roll over to the next month
  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated limits
  • Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle

Pro Tip: Plan your large imports and campaigns early in your billing cycle to maximize flexibility throughout the month.

Policy Updates

Leadspicker reserves the right to update this Fair Usage Policy to reflect changes in our service capabilities, infrastructure costs, or industry standards. We will notify all users of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email and in-app notifications.
