The short answer

An assistant in your Office apps, or a sales partner with the engine behind it.

Both sit in the tools your team already uses: Copilot in Microsoft 365, Leadspicker in Teams, Slack and your CRM. The difference is what is built in: Copilot brings the model to your documents and mail, Leadspicker brings the lead database, the outreach, the inbox and the agents that run them.

Key differences

Why sales teams add a partner, not another Office feature.

Copilot stays useful in Outlook, Teams and Excel. Here is what Leadspicker adds when the job is pipeline.

01

It does not stop at the draft

Copilot ends at a summary or a draft in Outlook. Leadspicker turns the same request into a list, a sequence and a running campaign, inside one product.

02

Agents do the prospecting

Routines watch social networks, job portals and buying signals around the clock. New matches land in your list, enriched and ready for outreach.

03

Human in the loop

Edit, Plan or Auto: you see each step and approve what goes out. The agents work alongside your team, not instead of it.

04

Replies handled, two ways

The Reply Agent answers interested leads for you, or drafts the answer and you send it. The unified inbox sorts every reply by AI.

05

A database behind every prompt

70M+ companies and 500M+ people, waterfall enrichment and 190+ buying signals sit under the assistant, so an answer becomes a list, not a to-do.

06

Nothing to glue together

A Copilot sales setup still needs a data tool, a sender, an enrichment tool and someone to move data between them in Excel. Leadspicker ships all of it in one plan.

07

Built for sales from day one

Playbooks for lookalikes of your customers, competitors' audience, champions' job changes and buyers at target accounts come prepared. No agent to build in Copilot Studio.

08

Keep Teams, get the pipeline in it

Leadspicker's Teams agent takes requests for leads and campaigns in a Teams chat and brings hot replies and booked meetings back to the thread.

09

More cost-effective

Data, signals, outreach, agents and inbox come in one plan with credits shared across the team, instead of a per-user licence on top of Microsoft 365 plus a stack of tools.

How it works

How your AI sales partner works.

From your website to a running campaign, with no agent to build.

01

It learns your company

Paste your website. Leadspicker scans it and drafts your offering, buyers, markets and competitors. You confirm in one step.

02

It prepares your plays

You get playbooks with a preview of matching people, and you see each step before anything runs.

03

Agents do the work

They build the list, enrich it, write the sequence and run the outreach. Choose Edit, Plan or Auto for how much they ask.

04

It keeps coming back

It remembers what worked and proposes the next step, in the app or in your Slack, Teams, WhatsApp or Google Chat.

Pricing

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

Is Leadspicker a replacement for Microsoft Copilot?

For sales, yes. Leadspicker covers the data, the outreach and the agents that run them. For documents, mail and meetings, keep Copilot; Leadspicker brings the pipeline into Teams and syncs with Dynamics.

Can I run outreach from Outlook with Copilot?

Copilot drafts and summarises in Outlook and its plan pages list Sales, Researcher and Analyst agents. They do not list a contact database, buying signals, multichannel sequences or an inbox sorted by AI. Leadspicker ships all of it in one plan, with agents that do the running.

What does the DIY stack really cost?

At list prices, the Copilot Business add-on plus Apollo Basic plus Lemlist Multichannel is about ~€141 per rep per month, on top of Microsoft 365 and before anyone's time. Leadspicker Growth covers 10 team members for €479/mo billed annually.

Do I need a Microsoft 365 licence for Copilot?

Yes. Microsoft's pricing pages say the Copilot add-ons require a qualifying Microsoft 365 plan, and advanced AI features are billed by usage. Leadspicker is one plan with shared credits and no per-user licence.

Does Leadspicker work with Dynamics 365?

Yes. Leadspicker has native integrations with Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Zoho and Raynet.

Can I try Leadspicker first?
